What kind of cat sitting do you provide?

We provide cat care from 6-10am to 6-10pm 365 days per year! Clients have their own account to schedule whatever they may need, keep in touch, and pay your bill. You will receive a notification when your cat sitter arrives, and a personalized report card once the visit is complete, including best of all photos of your kitty! ​

 We are also happy to water plants, rotate lights and bring in mail at no extra cost. 

 

Who are your Cat Sitters?

While all of our Pet Care Professionals work with dogs, only some work with cats. All of our Cat Sitters have or have had cats themselves so you know you will get a Pet Care Professional that both truly knows and truly loves cats. Either people "get" cats, or they don't. If you are reading this, you are likely a cat person and k now exactly what I mean. Our cat sitters "get" cats!

 

Before starting, each employee first completes multiple online training courses in which they must score 100% on each test to pass. Next, they do between 20-40 hours of on-the-job training. We continue to mentor, supervise and support employees throughout their tenure with us ensuring their performance always meets our high standards.

How do I schedule services?

​​First and foremost, we want to do a meet & greet at your home, with one of Hyde Bark's owners. Please fill out the form below to get started on that. Then, we add you to our system and can start scheduling services! This process normally takes 2-3 days.

 

Since most of our employees are full time and/or on regular recurring schedules, in order to ensure you have a consistent team, we do require an advance schedule. Visits for M-T-W should be scheduled by 6pm on Sunday night; and visits for TH-F-SA-SU should be scheduled by 6pm Wednesday night. Short-notice or "on demand" visits are not our specialty, and may cost and additional $10-$20 per visit and are subject to availability!

Our service area is East to South Shore Drive, West to King Drive, North to 43rd and South to 63rd. Services at an additional cost +$1 per block outside of these areas may be available​​
