Our service area is East to South Shore Drive, West to King Drive, North to 43rd and South to 63rd. Services at an additional cost +$1 per block outside of these areas may be available
Some fine print:
Per our insurance policy, we must see cat(s) daily when you are away. We cannot skip days, or see them every other day.
We cannot "job share". Having other people who are not a part of our company in the home also caring for pets voids our insurance, bonding and liability policies.
Please do not share your lockbox info with anyone else or allow other people to access the lockbox and keys.
We can administer medications, as long as your cat is compliant and will not require force or restraint.
We can come at more specific times, in a one-hour window, for $10 more per visit
If you have over 5 cats in your household we require a minimum of 45 minutes per visit, but the extra pet fee will be capped at x 5 pets.
Sign up HERE if you have a feral or outdoor cat colony you need help caring for.
Sign up HERE if you have any other sort of small mammal, reptile, fish etc that needs care
