Hyde Bark Dog Walking Services and Policies
DOG WALKING ​
Dog walking services include individual attention and a private outdoor walk. We are happy to give your dog a treat, water and/or food as desired. You will receive real-time notifications when your walker arrives and departs along with photos, GPS map, and a report from your walker. Our dog walking hours start from 6am to 8pm 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
Our walks are scheduled in 2-4hour windows depending on time of day (for example, midday is by far our busiest time so these walk windows are larger)
Please note there is a one-time account setup fee of $15. This includes the cost of the lockbox which is yours to keep while you are a client. This fee is added to your first bill and is only due if you decide to use our services!

*Weekend fees waived when you schedule a minimum of two 30min or more walks on the same day​
SCHEDULING, CANCELING & Late fees:
All walk requests and cancellations can be made via your Time to Pet account. Walks should be scheduled on SUNDAYS for the beginning of the week (Monday through Wednesday) and WEDNESDAYS for the end of the week (Thursday through Sunday)
Please note: there is a $10 late schedule surcharge per visit for walks placed after these days and times, and there is a $20 same day fee for walks requested after 7pm the night before, or on the same day. Late request or same day walks are not guaranteed and are subject to walker availability!
There is no fee for cancellations as long as you cancel by 7pm the night before! Cancellations received after 7pm the night before, or on the same day, are billed at full price
If we arrive to walk your dog and you no longer need the walk or we cannot access your home or get your dog outside for any reason, the walk is billed at full price
CAT SITTING​
Cat Sitting includes pets and play, water and food refreshment as desired, and litter box cleaning. You receive real-time notifications when your sitter arrives and departs along with photos and a report from your sitter. Our cat sitting hours start from 6am to 8pm seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Please note there is a one-time account setup fee of $15. This includes the cost of the lockbox which is yours to keep while you are a client. This fee is added to your first bill, and is only due if you decide to use our services!

Our cat visit times are: Anytime of Day 9am-5am; Early Morning 6am-10am; Late Morning 8am-12pm; Midday 10am-2pm; Early Afternoon 12pm-4pm; Late Afternoon 2pm-6pm; Early Evening 4pm-8pm; and Late Night 6pm-10pm (+$4)
DOGGY DAYCARE​
Our doggy daycare, Hyde Bark Play Park, is located at 5508 S. Lake Park Ave. and our hours are Monday through Friday from 7am until 7pm. Your dog's first day is 1/2 price! We are closed on federal holidays​.
Please note we are closed to the public (no humans) daily from 2pm to 4pm
Full Day drop off anytime between 7am to 10am, and pick up anytime between 4pm and 7pm
pM Half Day drop off anytime between 10am and 2pm and pick up anytime between 4pm and 7pm
AM Half Day drop off and pick up anytime between 7am and 2pm

DAYCARE ENRICHMENT ADD ONS:
+$12 for a one-on-one outdoor midday dog walk
+$6 for a one-on-one enrichment toy, puzzle or game
+$6 for a one-on-one chew bone, Kong or Lick-mat
All treats are grain-free and we offer beef, chicken or fish options for those with dietary restrictions. Kongs and Lick-mats use peanut butter or yogurt. Each enrichment item is 10-15mins
Frequency discounts:

If your dog visits The Play Park 3-4 times a week in the same week, then you will receive an automatic $2 discount for each FULL Daycare Day, or $1 discount for each AM or PM 1/2 Day that are booked and attended that week.

If your dog visits The Play Park 5 times in the same week, then you will receive an automatic $3 discount for each FULL Daycare Day, or $2 discount for each AM or PM 1/2 Day that are booked and attended that week.

Daycare and enrichment should be requested by 7pm the night before. We may not be able to accommodate late request enrichment but will try our best!
There is a $15 surcharge for walk-ins/unconfirmed services
There is a $15 late pickup fee for up to every ten minutes late picking up after 7:00pm
Baths should be scheduled by Sunday for the upcoming week. There is a $15 surcharge for baths scheduled after Sunday
If you need to cancel, please use your Time to Pet account. If you are unable to cancel via your account, please just message or call us!

For a FULL day, drop off is between 7am and 10am, and pick up is between 4pm and 7pm. We are CLOSED between 2pm and 4pm every day. LATE pickups will incur a $15 charge for up to each ten minutes late.
For a MORNING AM 1/2 day, drop off and pickup anytime between 7am and 2pm. If you are running late for an AM 1/2 day pickup, you will need to pickup at the next window, between 4pm to 7pm. We are CLOSED between 2pm and 4pm every day.
For an AFTERNOON PM 1/2 day, drop off is anytime after 10am to 2pm, and pick up is between 4pm and 7pm. We are CLOSED between 2pm and 4pm every day. LATE pickups will incur a $15 charge for up to each ten minutes late.
OVERNIGHT BOARDING IN OUR HOME
Note: Overnight Boarding in our Home is only available to regular Hyde Bark clients that schedule at least one daycare day per week for 6 weeks prior to booking. This is so they can get to know us, and us them, and get accustomed to the "pack environment"! Boarding is in our homes and we only board a maximum of six dogs at a time, and there may be limitations on who we can board. Space or acceptance for home boarding is not guaranteed.
Boarding includes all walks and feeding and it is a cage-free environment unless requested otherwise.

Save $20 per full daycare day if you would like your dog to attend a full doggy daycare at Hyde Bark Play park while boarding. Includes transportation there and back. Subject to availability

+50% for less than 48hrs notice (first night only)
SCHEDULING AND CANCELING:
All boarding requests and cancellations can be made via your Time to Pet account
We suggest booking boarding as far in advance as possible since space is very limited and we do get full very quickly!
To schedule boarding, select “overnight boarding”. We will send you via your Time to Pet account our Boarding form to fill out. Once we have received your completed form, your care will be confirmed and we will send the finalized schedule to you to review. Note: we must receive your completed form before we can confirm your booking! Please note not all pets may be a good fit for our home environment boarding and we may have to turn down pets with certain behaviors (such as excessive barking, or destructive behavior)
Cancellations must be received at least one week in advance. Cancellations made with less than one week notice will be billed at 50% for up to one week
Requests placed with less than 24hrs notice are 50% more for the first night
OVERNIGHT PET SITTING IN YOUR HOME​
Note: Overnight Pet Sitting in Your Home is only available to regular Hyde Bark clients that schedule at least two walks per week for at least 4 weeks prior to requesting pet sitting service. This is so they can get to know us, and us them, and get accustomed to the dog walking experience with us!

Pet Sitting includes a minimum of (2) 30 minute walks/visits, including feeding, a quick bedtime let out, and a sleepover in your home.
Additional walks may be scheduled at regular prices.
There are NO weekend fees for pet sitting.

Overnight Pet Sitting Rate:​
Starts at $152 per night - includes (2) 30 min visits/walks + bedtime let out & sleepover

A minimum of 60 mins worth of visits per day is required for pet sitting ie x2 30 minute visits, or x3 20 minute visits.

HOURLY PET SITTING IN YOUR HOME
Hourly pet sitting is when we come to your home and watch your dog. No walks are included in this service. It is available by special request only and is subject to walker availability

Payment​
All clients must keep a valid credit card or ACH payment method on file in Time To Pet. Payment shall be auto-charged WEEKLY, on the first MONDAY following the last service of the week. Payments not received after 7 days will incur a $20 late payment fee. Services will be terminated and/or no future services will be booked if payment if payment is not received within 14 days. Accounts that become more than 30 days late may be sent to collections, and clients may not return as Hyde Bark clients

gratuity
You are able to view your invoice and add a tip at any time before payment is sent. We can also set up an auto-tip if you would like. Tips will be automatically and evenly dispersed to your walkers/sitters bi-weekly.

KEYS​
We require two sets of keys for all dog walking, cat sitting, pet sitting, and boarding. One set will be kept in a lockbox at your residence. The spare will be kept in our key safe at the office, in case of an emergency. Please make sure to confirm with your building if applicable that you will be using a pet care service and a lockbox. We use lockboxes for all of our keys and will be unable to provide services if you cannot provide us with keys and/or we cannot use a lockbox. Exceptions for MAC buildings with established “fob" check out systems in place, etc.
You can provide us with keys at the meet and greet, or you can drop off your keys at Hyde Bark Play Park located at 5508 S. Lake Park Ave. There is a mail slot if it's after hours. Please be sure to label your keys either with a tag or in an envelope with your pet’s name, and remove any unnecessary keys or keychains (so they will fit in our lockboxes)​
Please note: there is a $10 key pickup or drop off fee if you wish for us to pick up or drop off your keys directly. If we need to make key copies for you, there is an additional charge of $2-20 (depending on the key - we only charge actual cost). We recommend the Security Shop at 1605 E. 55th. for any key needs
