Pack Leaders work at our doggy daycare, Hyde Bark Play Park, and are paid per hour starting between $16-$17 per hour depending on experience. Regular raises are also available.


Pet Care Professionals go to clients' homes to provide Dog Walking, Cat Sitting, Pet Sitting and Boarding Services and are paid per service, plus mileage and tips.

All clients are less than ten minutes apart and pay averages $20-$24+ an hour



After 90 days of employment, all employees start earning paid time off for a total of one week's paid vacation after a year.

Full-time employees are also eligible for health, dental and vision insurance and 2 additional sick days per year



Pay Rates for Pet Care Professionals:

15 Minute Visit
$8 for cats and $9 for dogs

20 Minute Visit
$9 for cats and $10 for dogs

30 Minute Visit
$12 for cats and $13 for dogs

45 Minute Visit
$17 for cats and $18 for dogs

60 Minute Visit
$23 for dogs and $24 for cats

Nights & Weekends
+$3 per service (when applicable)

Pet Sitting and Boarding
$50 per night for keeping a dog in your home and $75+ per night for staying in the client's home
