Pack Leaders work at our doggy daycare, Hyde Bark Play Park, and are paid per hour starting at $16.75 per hour, plus biweekly tips. After a 30 day probationary period, earn an additional 25% commission on top of hourly pay for extra jobs like dog baths and walks. Enjoy a small pack environment of less than 20 well-vetted dogs per lot.

Pet Care Professionals go to clients' homes to provide Dog Walking, Cat Sitting, and Pet Sitting Services and are paid 50% per service, plus $.67 per mile mileage for drivers, and biweekly tips. After a 30 day probationary period, you may also be eligible for overnight care options, pet sitting or boarding.

All clients are less than ten minutes apart and pay is an average $20-$25+ an hour

All employees start earning paid time off and sick pay on day 1!

Full-time employees are also eligible for health, dental and vision benefits after 90 days

15 Minute Visit
$9 for cats and $10 for dogs

20 Minute Visit
$10 for cats and $11 for dogs

30 Minute Visit
$11.50 for cats and $13 for dogs

45 Minute Visit
$16.50 for cats and $18 for dogs

60 Minute Visit
$21.50 for cats and $23 for dogs

Nights, Weekends & Other $$$
+$3 per service on Saturdays and Sunday (when applicable)
+$3 for walks or visits 5pm or later
+$3 for each additional dog on a walk
+$2 for each additional cat at a visit
+$5 for "late adds" (optional)
+$10 for "same day" walks or visits (optional)

Pet Sitting and Boarding (optional)
$50 per night for keeping a dog in your home and 
$78+ per night for staying in the client's home
